1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and BuyRealFollowersAU (“we”, “us”), the shop at buyrealfollowersau.com. You can contact us at support@buyrealfollowersau.com. Further business details are available on request by email.

2. What we supply

We supply one-off packages that increase the follower count of a public Instagram or TikTok account, or the like count of a public post or video. We don’t claim the accounts involved are real people who chose to follow you, that they are in Australia or any other country, or that they will engage. We don’t guarantee reach, engagement, sales, verification, monetisation or any treatment by the platforms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You’re 18 or over.
• You own the account, post or video, or have permission to order for it.
• It stays public, with the same username, until delivery finishes (and for 30 days after, if you want the refill).
• You won’t use our services to mislead consumers, for example by presenting bought numbers as genuine customers, reviews or endorsements.
• You understand that buying followers or likes is against Instagram’s and TikTok’s terms, and that the platforms may remove some or all of them or take action on an account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown before you pay. The total in your cart is the amount charged. Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see or store full card details. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

5. Delivery

Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment and is paced over hours or days depending on size. Times on the site are typical, not guaranteed, and may be affected by the platforms.

6. Refunds and refills

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. It includes a 30-day refill and refunds for anything we can’t deliver.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 7, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or action taken by Instagram, TikTok or any other platform against an account.

9. Refusing or cancelling orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we think it breaches these terms, targets an account without permission, or can’t be delivered.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Not affiliated

We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance.
