Email is the quickest way to reach us. Most messages get an answer within a few hours, seven days a week.

To get a fast answer

Your order reference, which starts with ord_ and is shown after payment.
The username or link the order went to.
What’s wrong, in a sentence or two, with a screenshot if it helps.

Please don’t send passwords, login codes or card numbers. We’ll never ask for them.

Common requests

My count dropped

Within 30 days of delivery finishing, we top it up free. Send the order reference and the account or post, which must still be public.

Delivery hasn’t started

Most orders start within minutes. If nothing has happened after a few hours, check the account or post is public and the username hasn’t changed, then email us.

I typed the wrong username

Email straight away. If delivery hasn’t begun, we can usually redirect it.

I’d like a refund

See the refund policy for how refunds work, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, then email us with the reference.
