Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: the packages, the username or post link they go to, the price and an order reference.
• Payment details: handled by the hosted checkout provider. We receive confirmation that you paid and, depending on the checkout, your email address. We never receive full card numbers.
• Emails you send us, and our replies.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many lookups in a minute). Standard server logs may record requests for a short period.

We don’t ask for passwords, and we don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser’s local storage, which you can clear at any time.

Why we use it

To deliver orders, apply refills and refunds, answer support emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• The checkout provider, to take payment.
• Our delivery suppliers, who receive the public username or link and the quantity, nothing else.
• A profile data service, which receives a username when you use the profile preview or the calculators’ fill option, so it can return public profile information.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site.

Some of these providers are based outside Australia, so information may be processed overseas. We don’t sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 90 days in our order system, and longer only where needed for refunds, disputes or legal reasons. Support emails are kept while they’re useful for helping you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@buyrealfollowersau.com. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you’re unhappy with how we handle a privacy request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
